CKS (Central Knowledge System)
I developed a system for managing individual skills within the production process of a product. This system evaluates the qualifications of each manpower resource, ensuring that only those who meet the required skill levels are assigned to specific tasks. By doing so, the system guarantees that the production process can proceed smoothly and efficiently, with qualified personnel handling each stage of the workflow. This approach not only optimizes resource allocation but also enhances overall productivity and product quality.
RTW (Real Time Weighing)
My team and I developed a real-time weighing system where products are weighed using digital scales connected to a centralized system and linked to a printer. When a product is placed on the scale, the system immediately records the weight. If the weight matches the specified criteria, the system automatically triggers the printer to generate a label. This ensures that only products meeting the exact weight specifications are labeled, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in the production process. This system streamlines quality control, reduces manual errors, and ensures consistent product standards.
